About 2 LITTLE SISTA'S - A Purpose-Driven Lemonade Stand

At 2 Little Sista’s – The Ultimate Lemonade Stand, our story began with two little girls, a small lemonade stand, and a big purpose for community impact. What started as a neighborhood lemonade stand quickly evolved into something much greater than just selling drinks. Dana (Big Sis) and Kennedi (Lil Sis) began with a table, homemade lemonade, and a dream to create something of their own. This fun family idea transformed into a mission-driven business centered on faith, family, and purpose.

As support from our community grew, so did we. We transitioned from that small stand to a full event tent setup, serving fresh lemonade, snacks, and smiles at local events, schools, festivals, and community gatherings. A significant part of our growth occurred during the two summers we became a regular feature along the Atlanta BeltLine, where we forged strong community connections, served countless families, and introduced our brand to people from all over the city and beyond.

The love and encouragement we received there propelled us further—leading to our expansion into a fully equipped food truck and eventually the bright yellow concession trailer we proudly operate today.

Now, 2 Little Sista’s – The Ultimate Lemonade Stand is more than just lemonade. We serve handcrafted lemonades, frozen lemonades, Italian ice, hot dogs, sausages, soft serve ice cream, popcorn, chips, cookies, and more—all while remaining true to the heart of why we started.

We proudly identify as “A Purpose-Driven Lemonade Stand” because our mission extends beyond food. A portion of every sale contributes to The Perfect Rainbow, our nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Type 1 Diabetes support, education, and resources for families navigating life with this condition.

Our purpose became profoundly personal after Kennedi was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at just 22 months old following a life-threatening hospitalization for Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA). What once filled us with fear and uncertainty transformed into a calling to assist other families facing the same storm.

Through both 2 Little Sista’s and The Perfect Rainbow, we are devoted to turning pain into purpose, lemons into lemonade, and challenges into community impact. Our slogan captures this sentiment perfectly: “When Life Gives You Lemons… We Made Lemonade.”

We believe in teaching entrepreneurship, building legacy, creating opportunities for our children, and using business as a vehicle to serve others. 2 Little Sista’s is proudly kid-owned, family-supported, and community-driven. Whether we’re serving at Home Depot, festivals, school events, health fairs, corporate events, or private celebrations, every cup poured helps make a difference. This is bigger than lemonade. This is legacy. This is purpose. This is 2 Little Sista’s.
